Multi-Vault Scope
Control the scope of AI conversations. Search across all your vaults for broad questions, or narrow to specific vaults for focused answers. Change scope mid-conversation as your inquiry evolves.
How it works
When starting a conversation, you can select which vaults to include in the knowledge scope. The AI will only reference content from selected vaults. You can change scope mid-conversation -- start broad to find relevant vaults, then narrow down for focused follow-ups. Vault selection persists per conversation but can be adjusted at any time.

Why it matters
Context matters for answer quality. Asking about a project should search project vaults, not personal journals. Asking a broad question should search everything. Multi-vault scope gives you control over what knowledge the AI considers, reducing noise and improving relevance. It also respects data boundaries between different areas of your life.
