Access Control
Granular permission levels for shared content. Control who can view, comment, or contribute. Different permission levels for different people on the same content.
How it works
When sharing, assign permission levels: View (read-only), Comment (can add discussions), or Contribute (can edit and add content). Permissions are set per share recipient or group. A permissions dashboard shows who has access to what and at what level. Permissions can be changed or revoked at any time.

Why it matters
Not everyone needs the same level of access. A client might need to view a report but not edit it. A team member might need to comment on a decision document. Granular access control ensures the right people have the right level of access, maintaining both collaboration and security.
