Share Groups
Create groups of people for simplified sharing. Share with a group instead of individual users. Group permissions apply to all members, making bulk sharing manageable.
How it works
Create named groups and add members. When sharing content, select a group instead of individual users. All group members get the same permission level. Adding someone to a group automatically grants them access to all group-shared content. Removing them revokes it. Groups can be nested for hierarchical permission structures.

Why it matters
Managing individual sharing permissions does not scale. If you regularly share with the same set of people -- a project team, a family, a study group -- share groups eliminate repetitive permission management. Share once to the group, manage membership separately, and permissions stay in sync automatically.
